  : Basic, but perfect for 1 person. Right across the road from the beach. Free bus stop on your doorstep.Problem with tv was sorted out very efficiently.
  : It needed proper cups & cutlery. I only had paper & plastic.

  : I like the location and walking out to the beach. Plenty of space for a group of 6. Maid service came daily also to clean up. They were very pleasant and understanding.
  : The place had cockroaches!! We encountered these bugs nightly on our 4 night stay. I did address the issue several times with staff and maid service. They were prompt in sending someone over to spray and put down traps. I got a small discount, and they offered to let us switch rooms on our last night. My advice keep the lights on.

  : Room was clean, good linen & toiletries, comfortable bed, attentive maintenance man, good location across street from Gulf of Mexico.
  : Room way too small for outrageously exorbitant room rate. Overall, poor quality ("Wayfair" type) furniture, 2 tiny light weight nightstands, no bedside lamps for reading; no headboard for bed; no luggage rack; no comfortable sitting chair for TV viewing probably due to no room for it; could hear conversations from next door; at beginning of stay, TV didn't turn on and maintenance man came immediately as correct remote was missing; table & 2 chairs very small & one of chairs had loose board & tiny table had uneven legs; very small bathroom pedestal sink, no room to put anything on it & no counter in bathroom; bathroom mirror too low, had to duck to see self; bathroom lights over sink turned up makes poor visibility; very small outside sitting area in back should be upgraded; had trouble with door lock combo; very small room for exceedingly high room rate. I feel like I was fleeced. Also, was charged $100 pet fee and there was hardly room for dog to lay on floor.

  : There was no Breakfast and it's a little Pricey but for being directly on the Beach I understand.

  : My reservation said the room has a full kitchen but it had a kitchenette, we like to cook our food in the morning and we could not do it. We didn't like the proximity to the street.

  : it was very clean and the bed was comfortable
  : parking spots were not marked with your room number and frequently taken. we had a mini fridge without a freezer for ice, no toaster, no drawers for clothing and no hooks to hang anything in the bathroom.

  : Paid for beach front ,was given address of 2218 Gulf Drive north, we arrived and couldn't get into room ( people were in all rooms at that address!! ) could've been shot !!! Called the number several times had to leave a message at emergency number, finally called back was told go down the street and across the road! wasn't even the same address or booked room!! terrible !! rude person whom we spoke with said oh well. WOULD like some money refunded!!!
  : When we booked, 2bedroom,eat in kitchen with everything needed AND on beach, WAS NOTHING like that wrong address also given. Was told cant trust BOOKING .COM from the person we spoke to on emergency number then no heat!!! called left messages never returned our calls nor fixed !! no kitchen ,beach,one bed and a bathroom!! terrible
