Disappointing

  : The condo has three bedrooms and bathrooms, a large sitting area, and good size kitchen and balcony area. The building’s location is great for quiet stays, as the condo backs up to a small pond. We’ve stayed at other Chetola properties in the past, so we thought we had a reasonable expectation ahead.
  : The property needs a thorough cleaning before welcoming any other guests. Our family waited 16 months for a reunion and were just so disappointed to see the amount of dust, debris, and other messy aspects of the condo from top to bottom. We realize that the pandemic has been stressful for everyone, but the price we paid was grossly overrated for the experience we had. I highly recommend speaking with someone from Blowing Rock rentals prior to staying here to ensure that the owners have addressed the cleanliness issues. I’m sharing a few pictures but there are others that I cannot share due to post size limits.

  : Good location
  : Property was filthy, dried food stuck to fridge, on counter, floor, dog hair everywhere, dried toothpaste & hairs on bathroom counters. We paid premium price but clearly had not been cleaned. Other than beds made looked as if family just stepped away and not expecting renters. Few towels and no additional ones provided per requests. Would have left but there was a winter storm watch & couldn’t find a vacant space on property or in town.
