  : The place was disgusting! We got the room on booking.com for one price when we got there they tried to charge almost 50 more. The room smelled like someone just sprayed a blunt blocker in the a/c unit. The hall way to get to our room was moldy nasty hot and smelled disgusting. The pool looked like a swamp! It was horrible!!!! We literally left soon as we walked into the room!

  : Filthy. Bugs. Had to keep changing rooms. Trash everywhere. Found out that they didn’t have staff because it had been sold and was being demolished in two days. My credit card was charged twice and still never got help.

  : the patio door did not lock,the live bugs in the restroom,dirty towels, toilet had urine on it, ants on the telephone, molded and cracked ceiling, gang graffiti on the wall. and hand print stain on the shower wall.people not staying at the hotel walking around and kids without any shoes

  : Honestly there wasn't anything that I liked about this hotel.
  : There was a broken faucet handle on the sink. There was hair on the pillows. There were ants on the a.c. unit. There was no breakfast just a bag to grab and go. There was some trash on a shelf and there was dirty diapers in a trash can on the patio. Coffee was very weak like they were trying to save money by adding less coffee grounds. No security door at all it was completely gone, taken off and never replaced.

  : Breakfast was a small warm bottle of water and a granola bar.Only one light worked other than the one for the bathroom.Had to choose between either the TV or the refrigerator because only one side of the outlet worked.There was no battery in the smoke detector.There was drug use in the hall and the parking lot.Had two employee's come to my door and tell me I needed to leave now!! That it was past checkout.I informed them that I had booked 2 additional nights and had a confirmation email.They told me I didn't and once I cleared the room I could discuss it with the front desk. I laughed and said I would go talk to them first. That I was not moving everything out then back in. There was attitude from the staff until I laughed and showed them my 2 dogs, the Pitbull and German Shepherd.Told them I would be back and went to the front desk.I was called a liar and that I didn't have any additional reservation.Even after showing the confirmation code and email.After 10 minutes of arguing and being told they were going to call the police and laughing at them saying please do they suddenly found the reservation.According to them it was my fault!! They said it was under a different name!! Same card used to book at the same site but said it was a different name.
