  : My room was perfection. The only thing that didnt work properly was the hair dryer. The front desk clerk was very skilled & patient.
  : There was no back up generator. I didnt sleep well my first night because of this. Almost the entire town had lost electricity because of a storm & when I mentioned being safe at the hotel because of back up generator, I was told by front desk clerk there was none. The employees parked in the striped section of the handicap parking spaces, which for myself was a matter of extreme disrespect for disabled individuals. But my concern is for a disabled solo traveler that needs that space for loading & unloading their wheel chair. And while there are additional handicap spaces in the front of the building there are only two sidewalk ramps, which a long distance from the entrance doors, and the entrance doors do not automatically open. Entering through the front entrance is very cumbersome in the rain and it rained everyday I was there. I was disappointed that the staff were so disrespectful of the customers. I couldnt get photos uploaded is the only reason pictures are not included.
