  : The bed was comfortable and breakfast was fine. The location of this hotel was fine.
  : I checked in Comfort Suites7/3/2024 around 6:30pm. The young black girl with the twisted dread locks walks up to the desk and acts as if she doesn't want to be there. I check in and then I enter my room for the two nights I rented. The room was VERY DUSTY and KUREIG COFFEE MACHINE DUSTY INSIDE&OUT and the SOFA DATED with food particles on it..just AWFUL!. Also there was only 1/4 roll of toilet paper in bathroom. I called down to the desk clerk and asked if she could bring me some toilet paper up. She says "can you come and get?!" I said "mam I'm using the bathroom now" then she lets out a LOUD sigh "HUH!!" She was rude and never brought me any toilet paper to my room. I had to go and buy toilet paper and also some disinfecting products to clean that room. All of this should have been taken care of before I check that evening. Normally I don't have a problem with this hotel but if that young GAL doesn't want to do her job then she needs to quit or be FIRED! Unfortunately this is why I'm giving a low score for my two night stay. Ms Myles

  : Housekeeping was nice. The breakfast attendant was very nice and helpful.
  : The elevator I believe was slower than expected. I didn't like the floors being wet too long after guest went to the pool, it could be a hazard if not attended sooner. I didn't like the smaller coffee cups. You had to gauge pressing the button or else the cup would overflow with one push and hold of the button. The Kleenex tissue ran out, but housekeeping gave me another box. The tissues were low at check in. The overall stay was good. You all are located in a great area.
