  : The view was outstanding.
  : This is not advertised as a duplex. The attached apartment is separated by a locked door. A couple of inches. You can hear everything. Especially the dog. The kitchen was very outdated, some of the cabinets did not fit together! One of the burners on the stove was not working correctly. Uncomfortable furniture, overall. The outside gate was in disrepair and unsafe. There was dust on the registers. Heating was inconsistent in the back bedroom. You stay here for the view, the beach, thats about it.

  : The views are amazing and it's right on the beach. The kitchen is decently furnished and easy to cook in. The location is absolutely perfect for travelers that want to watch the sunset over the ocean.
  : The house has not been updated at all. The blinds in the big bedroom off the kitchen are so old that they are barely hanging on and don't close leaving you with zero privacy. The queen pullout couch bed doesn't work. We didn't realized this until we were getting ready for bed and couldn't pull the bed out. We then couldn't get the couch bed back in. Part of my travel crew ended up sleeping on the floor due to this.
