: The location was excellent once you were able to access the property.
: The fact that in the email only part of the gate code was given, there is no cell service on the road in that area. When I called to get the whole gate code number the booking didn't know what it was. So after an hour of going back and forth to access the gate we where finally able to get in, just by luck on the numbers. You have to have 2 letters before the # and the number for the gate and we were only given the # and number. It was very frustrating especially for what we paid for the house for only 2 days.

  : Great view.
: No access to the property. No phone service to contact customer support. Took 2 hours to gain access to the house due to not receiving gate access or door access from vacasa via booking.com. For what we had to pay for the 2 day visit, there should not have been any issues getting into the house. Very stressful situation that took several calls to vacasa and booking.com before they actually found the reservation. Once the reservation was found and placed on hold by booking.com, we received another phone number to vacasa before we received the information needed to get through the gate and key box for the front door. May want to look into the disconnect between booking.com and vacasa.

: Great location and beautiful views. Spacious home that was perfect for our large family gathering
: The road to get to then house was a pitted dirt lane that we bottomed out on and had grass and weeds scraping the sides of the car. There was no propane in the BBQ (which is one of the reasons we chose the house) the carpets were dirty and the bugs outnumbered the guests. The windows had lost seal and moisture was trapped which altered our view from the inside. There were ants all over the kitchen on our first morning. The downstairs patio was almost uninhabitable as the weeds and vines are taking over and the dry rot is causing the wood to crumble. The WiFi barely functioned and did not work for outside calls or texts.
