  : Pool area needs to be modernized.Green decor and lack of plants and energy.Seems like alot of guest are retirees.But they can attract younger people with ambience outside improved.

  : We purposely travel during the slower season and I liked that the hotel was quiet. I also liked hotel being very close to the beach. The breakfast's and dinner meals were excellent. Melania was our waitress for our breakfast's and she was awesome and also for Sunday dinner. She gave us ideas for shopping and where to view the sunsets. She deserves a raise. We arrived late on Sunday and she was very gracious with feeding us before they closed for dinner.
  : We paid extra for a balcony and were very disappointed with the location of the room because our balcony was too close to the construction going on every day all day at the building right next door to our balcony. Staff should not give guests rooms near construction. I ate most of my meals at the hotel and the dinner meals took so long to serve. I was usually the only one at dinner so was surprised it took such a long time to get my meals served. My last night there last Thursday, there was a African man who waited on me and he never checked on me once to see if I needed anything once he served me. I had to get up to find him when I needed anything.

  : The help they where rude and treated us poor I didn’t understand why we paid good money to stay there and we weren’t any trouble will not be back cuz of the help being so rude

  : Bar closed too early. I was unaware of having to pay for parking when I made the reservations. I also was led to believe that I would have an ocean view.

  : Would have appreciated a room on a higher floor. We were on the first floor, so even the second floor would have given us a better view of the ocean. So, I did not ask. Just an after thought. Frequently in town, would be a frequent customer otherwise... it is the little things that make a hotel excellent...
