  : My family (5 in the party) and I loved our two bedroom accommodations and our location to the beaches, restaurants and city activities. The building we were in is brand new so there were minor issues with newly installed appliances - the manager and staff were swiftly responsive and professional.
  : Little suggestions for this newly extended modernized property: 1) beautiful bathrooms - please put soap dishes in the showers. 2) please indicate in advance what type of Nespresso coffee maker is used for purchasing the pods. 3) perhaps provide dishwashing soap or pods, same for laundry. 4) provide a welcome manual or guide for guests on important numbers to call or suggestions for activities. 5) provide kid-friendly glassware. 6) make sure the appliance instructions are clear in both English/Spanish. 7) include a blender for the kitchen.

  : Very spacious two bedroom apartment and clean. The location is excellent and its truly just a street away from the beach.
  : The bed had a wooden structure that was rather noosy every time I moved.

  : The beach service was great! The room was big. The reception staff was nice and helpful.
  : It was not so clean everywhere. The stains on the chairs and the floor. The shower was almost broken the chairs were not comfortable. The closest restaurant or bar or convenience shop need 15-20mins by walk. Sound insulation was so bad. I can totally hear the whole conversation from the next door.

  : I was denied access to my room; the keypad to enter my room malfunctioned and the code to enter expired.There was no one on the premises to help. I saw that there was a parking valet so I asked him to help. He tried the code with no success. The parking valet had a phone number to call and the message I left went into voicemail. After 15 minutes he gave me a different number which went to an answering service. Shortly thereafter I got a call from the property manager who was not very nice. He changed the code remotely and after 45 minutes at 9:45 pm my 6 year old granddaughter and I were able to enter the room. The next day I was unable to enter the building with the new code the property manager gave me. I texted him and did not receive a reply. Totally unacceptable! I was lucky to have my phone with me. Otherwise I dont know what I would do. I received a waiver of the housekeeping fee but I honestly dont feel That adequately compensated me for the anxiety and negative experience.The information sheet with WiFi and beach access did not contain a phone number to contact the hotel in an emergency.Pool was very small. Towels were available once. I had to ask for a towel from the front desk.

  : - bathroom old and small, it needs renovation- the kitchen supplies were old and the square plates dont fit in the microwave- no housekeeping included, we knew that, but would be nice if they would offer at least one day cleaning service for guests staying longer than 7 nights. - there were no cleaning supplies available in the apartment, only 1 dishwasher tab. Also something that could be provided.
