  : We did not like that we did not get the services we paid for (WiFi, TV). Also the lack of response when we called to ask about it. The modem, the air cond/heater control were not in the house (I guess when you are downstair you cannot control the room temp. / wifi, etc. ).Many light switches in the house did not work. The recycling bin was full when we got there and it was still full when we left. The person on the phone suggested a partial refund. We are not sure we heard from her.

  : The view from the deck was beautiful. Big windows made the view spectacular on a clear night.
  : Is a duplex, so sound carries between apartments. No thermostat on lower level, so at the whim of upper tenant. They provided space heaters to use, though. Would not be good for a large group, as you would disturb other tenants.

  : The view.
  : Caught two mice and relocated them. Stopped up bathtub drain, many non-working wall plugs, numerous light bulbs burned out, broken cabinets, non-working gas grill {yes, it had propane), dryer door missing it's handle. No information on TV service provider, 4 remotes and still couldn't get live stations. The thermostat is in the upstairs unit so we were at the mercy of the upper floor.

  : The view and location on the beach were amazing.
  : This place was dirty, in need of many repairs, and an exterminator. We were not provided sufficient coffee cups, toilet paper, and towels or dishwasher liquid. The heat and WiFi are controlled by another unit and the there is mouse droppings in the linen closet.

  : Great view, great location. Convenient for ferry travel to Downtown Seattle.
  : Only had 1/2 roll of toilet paper and several lights weren't working.
