  : Big room, we booked and paid for. Quite A/C. Breakfast with fresh scrambled eggs and waffels. WiFi as it should be in 2024. Free parking garage. Clean and clean!
  : We had unfortunatly a housekeeping isue. We got it solved and then it was very good.

  : Good location, easy check in and check out, staff was friendly, plenty of parking space under the building.
  : The water from the sink had a bit of a weird smell to it. I opted to buy some water at the Safeway across the street for brushing teeth and drinking. Might be an issue with the pipes, or the water in Bainbridge might just be like that.Would be a good idea to add a filter to the tap though.Other than that though it was good for the price, nothing out of the ordinary. Bedding was good even if the mattress was a bit rough. TV is very small for the size of the room though.

  : We had a very bad experience with our card keys not working. I was charged twice as well as being over charged for a mystery charge. It was awful. We arrived from dinner after 10pm to be locked out of our room and a completely blacked out lobby and no one answering the phones. Our only option at that point was to drive the 5 hours home in the middle of the night. When we went to drive out the underground parking garage- the door wouldn’t open and we were stuck.Absolutely trapped. My 7 year old son was very scared and it was VERY late at this point- still not getting in touch with staff. I had to call 911 because I felt was a dangerous situation at that point. The Kitsap County Sheriff arrived and was finally able to reach a site manager. Her attitude was that I was unnecessarily upset and should have tried harder to get out of the garage or that my key cards were just not being used properly. I tried them 100 times and have video proof of them both not working. Well the she couldn’t enter her office with her key card proving there was a system error. She rekeyed the cards and escorted us to our room at this point after midnight. The rooms themselves were a 2 star at best and probably better quality at a motel 6 honestly. It was not good value to begin with. They also double charged me for the room. I paid through booking.com and then they over charged (with no explanation on the additional charges) my other card left for incidentals. I am beyond furious and had to take the last 2 weeks to calm down enough to write this review.

  : Mini bar at the lobby was good. Free snacks, yogurt and juice available all day. The queen bed was comfy. Room was clean.
  : A yogurt was expiring on the same day we took it from the fridge. I didn’t know if this is the case for all other beverages. The sofa bed in the living room was so squeaky - please fix it or replace it.
