  : This is a brand new unit and nicely decorated. Rooftop provided gas fire and area for sitting around to chat. The management team was always very nice and pleasant but would prefer to have one person to talk and communicate with.
  : The only view was that of the minor league baseball field and parking lot. That was a surprise. The information about the amenities was a general one used for this and other places being managed - e.g. they did not have the coffee machine that uses pods and do not list having hair dryers in each bathroom. I specifically had written asking this question if there was even one hair dryer and told none were provided. Distance to city center was too much for some members of our group. Lyft and Uber had limited drivers making the wait at times 30 minutes or more (not great when going to the airport). The management team needs to personally visit the unit and familiarize themselves with the layout, what amenities it has and safety issues.
