  : Beautiful facility and staff was excellent.
  : While the downtown locations is central and sought after, my husband and I were woken up after 2 am by people yelling/cursing outside of the bars around the hotel. We were on the 8th floor too.

  : Location was good. Parking was easy except for leaving. Staff was nice.
  : For over $300 a night, room was blah blah blah. I enjoy minimalist decor but my room was extremely boring! Room 627. Breakfast is too expensive for what was offered for buffet. When leaving, I left my key on the table inside room (like I usually do when leaving a hotel). Leaving the parking deck required the hotel card then to insert in a box. NOT KNOWING this, I had to back up my car, park again, go inside and explain to the front desk, the staff kinda laughed and said all I had to do was call and they would have opened. Really? Like I have the phone # readily available. My question is… why can’t the gate just open as anyone is exiting? Please explain this. I was on a time schedule and this could easily be taken care of. You asked for this survey. Please look in to this deck exiting.

  : Room. Poor lighting and poor storage. Verry small bathroom with a rectangle toilet seat. That was unique. Kids would fall in. AC unit super loud during the night.
