  : The room was nice.
  : We got there and the system was down, we were at the the front counter and she stated that she will get it entered in when the system comes back up. We went our room and we gwt tour and we find out we're down the hall from I guess a party and kids were loud in the hall way we finally get some sleep and the phone ring at 8am and wake us up and someone at the front desk states you guys have to come and take care of your bill! Worst stay ever! Horrible end to our anniversary!

  : The room was not cleaned for the 3 nights meaning only did the bed and our towels but no cleaning of toilet and room

  : The floor in our room was wet. It rained and the water leaked into the room from the windows. Causing the floor to be wet our entire stay.Sheets were dirty looked like blood on the sheets. Called front desk went down to get sheets they were two fitted sheets. Housekeeping made up our bed the next day and left the sheets on the floor. Night time front desk lady was amazing and very willing to help. Second night we randomly got a knock on the door waking us up it was housekeeping bringing us a blanket we didn’t request. The bar food was not good. Seemed like everything was tossed in cumin or coriander. The breakfast was 26.00 for the buffet and most of it was cold best thing was the waffle that was made in the back. I’m waiting on my bank but I think I was charged for 3 ppl when there was only two of us. This was a getaway for a birthday present and we just wanted to relax. We really never got to enjoy it cause things kept happening. Asked for a late checkout which was granted but housekeeping knocked on our door at 11:30 waking us up AGAIN. We definitely loved the front desk ppl they tried to make it better but some things were out of their control. I didn’t want to complain but for what I paid and the issues we had it wasn’t a relaxing experience.
