  : The cowboys/ranch hands were amazing and helpful. They treat the horses great, very entertaining at the fire and the gun range.
  : All the women working in the main house/restaurant were awful to deal with. From checkin and eating in the restaurantawful customer service. Asked how to book rides, reservations at the restaurant, info about fires or cabin and all we got was an exasperated eye roll followed by handing us a menu and price sheet. No discussion or help at all. Food is awful and way overpriced at the restaurant. Really sad because the cabin was great and loved everything about the ranch. But would never stay there again because of the main house staff.

  : No fire wood provided and home was cold due to limit on thermostat. location was remote and hard to find firewood in time for our stay. no complimentary coffee provided. i can get free coffee at a $19.99 Motel 6!! ice machine in refrigerator not working tv dish system had no espn sports channels. for the price I paid management and owner very cheap. Would NEVER stay again or recommend to anyone. will not use booking .com again.
