  : The service was horrible since before we got there , the people responsible for the services etc never answer our phone calls , texts , the tv in a room didnt work and always gave us the wrong address also i even txt suppostly the property manager named Lisa and never gave us an answer about what we asked , we had ro rent a hotel room .we couldnt usethe water too often because it wouldnt drain since qwe got there we paid like $1000 and we couldnt enjoy how we expect it we even took videos and photos of everything that wasnt right, i spoke to alot of people in charge of the rentals and they dont even know anything about the cabin location etc, They just wouldnt fix anything , but did took the money , like come on!!!
