  : The beds were horrible need to be replaced and the tv in living room never worked cable didnt work the one in bedroom would go in and out and we bought a mat for the shower so we would not fall shower floor extremely slippery we left that there

  : The location is just down the street from York Beach. It's an easy 8 minute walk. This is a cottage, not an apartment. It's located in a camper area where there seems to be other rental properties and some residential properties. It definitely has a cottage feel and that is what you will get. It's in a great location as you can go to Short Sands or Long Sands Beach, Nubble Lighthouse and many restaurants within just a few minutes (by car). Kittery is 15 minutes south and Ogunquit is very close by. Take the scenic route.
  : This place was very clean and it has all the amenities you need, but the beds were so uncomfortable. For adults, the beds are much too soft. They definitely need to be replaced. The TV in the living room needs to be either replaced or looked at. There is a strong buzzing noise and the picture is off. The TV in the bedroom works fine. Please get a new grill. In the kitchen, the gas burner does not go low, even though it indicates that on the gas burner dials. Burnt food twice. For the price that I paid, I expected more quality. I thought this was very pricey for what we got for 3 days, mid week....

  : What a gem! Generously furnished, lovely decor, large bathroom and full kitchen well appointed with all necessities. Could comfotably arrive with nothing but clothes and toothbrush. Outdoor space very convenient tor our pooch!
  : Please check the condition of the railings. Would appreciate a firmer mattress

  : Cute, small, and clean. Located in a great area and could easily drive to many places.
  : One of the futons smelt like stale urine and the beds were uncomfortable without the box springs mattresses for support. The outside porch near the front stairs wasnt may have needed a support beam because it sank/hung low whenever a person walked near it to go inside.

  : liked the place but the beds need replacing- was not comfortable.the parking was a bit unsure as we had a handicap person and felt odd parking on the grass on a hill. the location to the beach was not far and you could walk about 10 minutes. put night lights in the main kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. maybe place a couple of the local restaurants menus in a book with a guide of tv programs and a map of area would be a nice bonus.
