  : I use business visa debit, have never been ask or required deposit - clerk wanted $200 deposit CASH!!!!!! Have never had trouble paying with card on file at Booking.com - yet you seem ok with taking my money after the fact for a off season, very low end motel with appx 70% empty rooms, curtains opened, rooms dark and mostly empty parking lot. I immediately booked at Budget Inn through booking.com - same card. This is thanks for using your service???

  : The heater & the microwave were the only things that we can say worked properly. The first room had not been cleaned( dirty linen laying on the counter) smoke detector taken apart no battery. They said in the second room that maintenance would take care of the refrigerator and the toilet and the curtains that didn’t fit the window but later talking to the maid when she finally did show up she said maintenance only works Monday through Friday and they are not available on the weekend
  : We were originally sent to a room that had the smoke alarm dismantled (no battery), dirty laundry piled on the desk, and dirty Q-tip on the floor. When we asked for another room, we were sent to one even worse: Curtain not covering entire window (people could look in as they walked by our room), advertised (included amenities on the website) mini fridge not working, partial shower curtain (torn apart), advertised stove-top with burner not working, toilet not properly flushing, filthy shower & walls & doors, peeling paint, etc. Rooms next to us had boarded up broken windows. Homeless people slept outside close to our room. Room was not cleaned & trash was not emptied on second day of stay, nor were dirty towels taken. Extra towels were refused. Front desk clerk refused to move us to different room on the second day of stay. She was extremely rude & blamed us for not complaining earlier in the day (we were out all day sight-seeing & hoped that the room would be cleaned). However, we were afraid of repercussion from the cleaning service, so we waited till we returned to complain, only to find that our room was skipped. Furthermore, the cost of staying in this dump was not cheap. When the maid Finally did arrive she did not wear a mask while making the bed and spraying the room with Lysol. We were told that the maintenance man would’ve taken care of this had we informed them earlier but later to find out that the maintenance man only works Monday through Friday and this was the weekend

  : The staff / owners and how they waited until I paid for my room online and then charged me a deposit and when I didn’t hveit they put me out and didn’t allow me too make arrangements for me too collect my luggage and now is making me pay too retrieve it and I’m having to call the police too try and get my things back without paying 50 $ fee
