  : Dirty. Run down. I moved to three different rooms; the first was smelly and in a half basement, and the second one, the windows didn't lock. The third one sufficed, but none were clean.

  : Dirty filthy stained sheets and mattress pads. Had to change them after the front desk clerk brought us new bedding and he did witness the hair, dirt, and stains. The manager only offered 20% off the first night. The hotel is in need of a thorough cleaning inside and out. It needs paint badly inside and just general upkeep. It just feels dirty. Will absolutely not stay there again and will tell others looking in the area to avoid it. We did not have bugs but I read reviews that stated they did.. Not surprising.If you have to change your bedding out on the first night and you are there for 5 nights maybe comping that first night would be a much better compensation for the guest having to do general housekeeping at 1030pm. Will be reaching out to Booking personally.

  : A convent location right off the highway.
  : Rooms are very small and not very clean. The floor was very poorly vacuumed. What really got me was the bad toilet. It was very finicky and you had to hold down the handle, wait, flush again and it was like that when we first arrived. It’s not like we clogged it and didn’t want to tell the front desk. In fact we did call about it and nothing was done. I also asked for a discount on the stay because for almost $400 I expect a clean hotel and a working toilet

  : It was a great location.
  : Property is ok. The cleaning crew, there were days that I my room wasn’t serviced. One day found one bed done and the other undone. Leaving behind a cleaning rags. There was a cleaning really nice can’t remember her name but she cleaned our room on Monday and she did an awesome job.

  : The size of the room was like an apartment, very spacious! The hotel was very convenient to shopping and freeway access!
  : The breakfast room is like a sauna, hot, stuffy and miserable! There were kids screaming in the lobby which was right next to our room and the front desk did nothing about it, I had to. The floor in the room was dirty, debris, and dirt from previous use.
