  : We appreciated that the location was close to the interstate. We also liked that they have 24-hr check-in service, since we were driving a long distance and needed to check-in after midnight.
  : The room I booked through booking.com was not in their system when we arrived for check-in. Even though I had a confirmation email, a confirmation number and a welcome message from the hotel staff, they were adamant that the reservation was not in the system. Because of this, I had to book a new room on arrival and later work with customer service to get our money back for the room we never got. The new room that we did check-in to had a small queen sized bed for two people and only three pillows. The walls and fixtures were quite dirty with dust and fingerprints everywhere. We didn't try the breakfast or coffee. There was a water quality alert that mandated all water be boiled. Staff did not provide any bottled water or let guests know that they were taking the necessary precautions. We were able to purchase bottled water (thankfully) to brush our teeth. Be advised the pet fee is $75. They do not show this price anywhere in the booking details. This is too high not to include in the booking details, especially when the cost of a room is already over $150 a night.

  : Staff and property was nice but just needs a little TLC to keep it looking great and inviting.. Do like the pool, gym, the dining area, the kitchenette and the laundry area…
  : Did not get the room that was promised thru site that was paid for… Needed a double queen and got what looks like a one full bed and a small pullout couch that was very uncomfortable for the price paid as a rewards member.
