  : The air conditioner was horrible. Very noisy. We could not sleep. The low fan option was not working. Need to be replaced by a more modern appliance. Also the room cleaning was not so good. It was smelling dirty room.

  : We had to change rooms twice. The first night we walked in and noticed a strange smell. That evening around 11:00 pm, we noticed the area near the air conditioner was all wet. We ended up moving rooms the next day, and ended up in another room that smelled bad, had a large fan on the floor to dry a wet area plus the toilet seat was off! We’ve never experienced this type of service at this hotel.

  : I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the experience my daughter and I had during our recent stay at your hotel. We had booked a room for a father-daughter trip, looking forward to a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory.Upon checking into our first room, we were shocked to find that the luggage in the room appeared to be occupied. This was not only a breach of privacy but also made us feel incredibly uncomfortable. We immediately requested a new room and were relocated to another room.However, our troubles did not end there. As we were settling into the second room, another family attempted to enter, causing my daughter to become terrified and anxious. This was a distressing experience for both of us and completely unacceptable.Despite our exhaustion from traveling, we felt unsafe and uneasy in the hotel and considered leaving to check into a different accommodation. However, the inconvenience and hassle of finding alternative accommodation at short notice prevented us from doing so.I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and care displayed by your staff and the handling of our stay. I expect a full refund for our stay and an explanation for the issues we encountered during our time at your hotel.I hope that you take this complaint seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.   : We loved the location and the many close store and food places. The room was cozy and welcoming .great pool
  : The internet connection need extreme improvement. We didn’t have connection any of the days on the property. Horrible loud noice of work being done in the hotel too early in the morning. As well as being charge for parking even though we are paying guests at the hotel.

  : 1st room they gave me was still dirty when I arrived and 2nd rooms a/c didn’t work 3rd room was just fine they also gave me a 2 nights free stay certificate for the inconvenience
