  : The front desk staff were as helpful as they were allowed to be.
  : Our room had no heat. A new heating/AC unit had been partially installed but the installation was incomplete. The franchise owner refused any remediation other than for us to leave the property for a refund. All other hotels were booked as this was during the solar eclipse event, so we were not in a position to leave. I eventually had to go out and purchase my own space heater. In the morning several of the guests were standing outside the office waiting for staff to open the doors so we could get our continental breakfast, which ended up being vending machine coffee and some pouches of instant oatmeal. The office door had a hand written sign on it, stating the office was closed from 1 am to 7 am, even though the front desk is advertised as being open 24 hours and breakfast was advertised as starting at 6 am. At 7:30 am I returned to the front desk to get my coffee and found a guest being yelled at by who I believe to have been the onsite manager. Apparently he was mad at her because she was complaining about electrical outlets in her room not working. The property is generally run down and in need of maintenance. Overall, I was very disappointed in this property.

  : The refrigerator and microwave. I liked the bathroom layout. The bed was surprisingly comfortable.
  : There was only coffee and tea and instant oatmeal. there was only one chair in the room. The flooring in the bathroom is not secure to the tub. the baseboards looked dirty, but maybe just in need of paint.

  : Did not get the room I reserved. Made it very uncomfortable for 4 adults. No sofa bed very old. Stairs looked unsafe. Needs a renovation. Breakfast was advertised. What a joke. Package of hot cereal. Coffee was terrible. Nothing else. Staff was not helpful except for the new lady when I arrived. Everyone else was cold and slightly rude. Will not stay here again.
