  : Very spacious and comfortable. Amazing location. It is very tucked away and far enough from the other cabin on property that you have plenty of privacy. The outer covered deck is the best part with amazing views. We definitely will come back again.
  : We lost power at one point and I called the emergency line. Had to leave a voicemail. I didn't get a call back but at least it was back on when we got back. Sadly, despite it talking about river access, it was bone dry. I know the Blanco varies but it has been raining constantly and it still wasn't even close to having water. It was still great though and we explored the river bottom a bit.

  : Cabin is cozy with a nice view.
  : We had a booking for 4 ppl but only received towels for 2. There were no linens for the pull out bed and the beds on the deck were dirty and had mildew. The booking staff was not helpful and the vetting process to get booked took more effort, emails, and follow up than any place I've ever stayed and cancellation wasn't an option. I seriously regretted prepaying on booking.com before reading the rental agreement. I never would've booked this place. The wifi went down Saturday so we had no tv, internet, or phone service to call for assistance since the area is remote. It's nice to go off the grid but it would've been nicer if it was optional.
