  : Fairly easy access. Close to many attractions and eateries Housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable.
  : First room- mold in refrigerator Second room- heater would not hold even/steady heat set at 70 but fluctuated 65-75. Otherwise comfortable

  : The price, when we had to change rooms the maintenance gentleman did carry our bags for us. Very friendly staff.
  : There wasn't an elevator which I didn't recall being mentioned, the door to the room was hard to work, the toilet stopped working the 2nd day, maintenance couldn't fix it so we were moved to another room which was actually nicer than our original room.

  : I have one thing I didn't like that was the parking. I had to leave for 5mint to take my husband to a meeting and I returned a employee move there car up to the handicap spot that I was parking in so she be closer to the front door and I had a disabled parking permit. I had to park along away from the spot and the employee was not hadicap.I feel u need to tell employees not park in handicap spot when they are working leave the spot for handicap parking.

  : Mold mildew where bath mats used to be in both bathtubs smell of mold mildew in room telephone to front desk out of order. Had to use receptionist cell to call front desk. Room phone oversee in grime food bags from charities. Demanding refund.
