  : The staff at check-in was so helpful and friendly. I was greeted and checked in literally within seconds! The location is perfect. Close enough to shopping, dining, and attractions, but also far enough away to feel removed from some of the hustle and bustle. Room was clean and comfy. Shower water pressure and temperature were perfect! Plenty of parking. I would definitely stay again!
  : Although the room was pretty clean, there was a stale/musty odor that we noticed right away. Wasn't bad enough to warrant changing rooms, but it would be worth taking care of for more discerning guests. Trying to figure out the tv was frustrating. Perhaps adding an instruction sheet in the rooms would be beneficial. The linens are well past their prime. I gather this place runs on a tight budget, but please spring for some nicer towels and washcloths! All in all, it was a nice night away, a hot shower, and a comfy sleep. I will keep.it on my short list for my next stay in Williamsburg!
