  : The location which is close to grand canyon
  : Property is very old. The condition of mattress and bed is poor. The restroom is very small like in a camper van. The price of the room was exorbitant for the quality.

  : I did like the location, close to Williams downtown, railroad station, next to a grocery store. The heater worked really well, the room was large and it fit two queen beds comfortably. It also included a table and bench chair so you can eat there. Parking is readily available and you can kinda have covered parking.
  : The problem is that it doesn't come with a microwave or mini-fridge, you have to go down to a kitchenette area to heat up your food or get a coffee. The ice machine is in the kitchenette area but there are no buckets there or on in your room. Housekeeping will only come upon request, so fair enough, but then when I requested it they said that maybe they would get to it, if they had time. So nobody came to change the sheets or sweep or leave a roll of toilet paper. The front desk is staffed randomly, a person was trying to check-in at 9 pm and the front desk had a sign that said we are closed, if you need to check-in go to this other motel to get your key. I went at 11 am trying to check-out and no one was at the desk, they would be back promptly but after 1/2 hour I just left.

  : no refri, micro, coffee, lift. Steep stairs. No lift. Surly day front desk. noisy. so-called 'breakfast'. parking only for cars.
