  : The owners and people working there are very friendly and accommodating. Proximity to boardwalk, beach, and restaurants is perfect! Also liked that it had a small galley kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator.
  : This property needs a lot of TLC. It's under new ownership (used to be a Days Inn) and they have their work cut out for them. Lots of weather damage to the exterior and pool areas that need to be addressed. The lobby rugs were filthy (that's your first impression), the elevator rugs smelled of a sweaty gym locker room, the pool area had lots of trash on the ground, probably because there wasn't a trash can nearby, and the plants around the pool were dead or dying. Also, there is no AC or ceiling fan in the bedroom, so you have to crank up the AC in the living room to arctic levels for it to be cool enough to sleep comfortably in bedroom and with the door open. Poor design.

  : Very close to the beach and boardwalk
  : A issue we experienced was not being able to fit our double stroller through the parking lot once exiting the elevator. I’m not sure if it’s a parking (driver) issue with pulling up too far or the yellow lines should be further back. But nothing like getting off the elevator to be trapped in by cars. The elevator on our side of the building went down the last night we were there. We have three younger kids two being 11 months and most easily transported in a stroller rather than carried down the concrete steps… So that made it a little more difficult and loading up the car after a trip a little more frustrating. However I did not complain or inform the office myself on the elevator issue so I cannot knock the hotel for it.
