  : Confirmatio # 4584071811 My Place Suites The, May 9, 2024 - Fri, May 10, 2024PIN: 9923 401 West Apache Street, 85390 Wickenburg, AZOn Thursday evening of May 9 at 7:17PM , I called My Place directly to inform them that the trip was taking longer than we expected and that we would be there at 9:00PM or slightly afterwards. I was greatly upset when I was told that they had no record of my reservation in their data base. The gentleman checked with your Booking website. It showed that I most definitely had made a reservation with them. However, My Place never received a notice of said reservation.I was told that they were totally booked up. There were absolutely no rooms available. The gentleman at the desk helped me locate another hotel with comperable costs. It did not meet our standards. Honestly, we are not that picky, but a scavenging insect in the bathroom and a couple other issues was just not acceptable.
