  : This property was misrepresented badly. The photos indicate lakefront property, but it was two blocks from the lake with no available access to the shore. They also indicate a pool, hot tub, laundry, and game room, non of which were available during our stay. Their seasonal hours were only shared with us after we paid our non-refundable reservation. I emailed with questions a month in advance of our stay and finally got a response the day we checked in from an automated system saying “thanks for your email, we are experiencing very high volume of email and are trying to respond as quickly as possible.” Then I tried to call and text when we arrived and got no response. To top it all off, we tried to take the garbage out and found that locked also with no access code available. The customer service is nonexistent, the condo, while tidy, did not feel clean, and the representation of amenities was sorely misrepresented.

  : Deck was not clean and a former guest food container was left on the bench. Bed quality was not great on bunks.
