  : We had to leave a day early due to water seeping into the sleeping room from the wall between the Bathroom and the sleeping area. Rug was soaked

  : Everything was terrible. They showed this great picture of a room and said free breakfast. When we checked in there was no free breakfast and the room was shabby. Dirty. The light didn't work in the bathroom. So I said something. So they said ok we will put you in this other room. The other room was a downgrade!! So small it looked like a jail cell. So I asked for the first crappy room back. Horrible stay. Horrible place to stay. I had other options but chose this one based on the false picture. It was supposed to be a vacation for my daughter's 8th bday. What a terrible experience. I took snap shots of the awful room.
  : The bathroom light didn't work. There were stains on the carpet. Dirty walls. Tiny horrible bathroom. Like a punishment it was to stay there. So bad. It was awful.

  : Nothing. We did not stay. Checked out immediately.
  : We tried to cancel as soon as we walked in and it was so dirty and smelled so bad. Was told we couldn't. Went to room, filthy, falling apart furniture, soaking wet carpet as if the toilet had overflowed. Smelled horrible. We had to leave.

  : Close to Arvada what means quite a couple of restaurants to go to. Maybe 15 minutes top to get to places
  : Awfully dirty. Smells horrible most of the time. Staff sucks With attitude. Saying they can’t clean your room everyday because they are “slammed” like Mtfkr there’s like maybe 8 cars parked outside tops.

  : the website still says breakfast but they don’t even have coffee available, in the rooms or the lobby. even though the guy said they had it downstairs… they didn’t. my sheets were stained, the bathtub had hair in it and dripped constantly. there was a razor cap left on the heater. when I told that staff upon checkout, she was very uncaring about the cleanliness.

  : The smell the location the view the TV was small. This could be a nice hotel with lots of renovations. Definitely was not worth the price!

  : My deposit was took and I did not take anything I left on time there were cigarette burns on bed and stains on the carpet and I only slept there 1 night out of 3
