  : Wasn't a second floor room like I booked. Also the AC unit would not cool down the apartment and was very loud, like it was fixing to break. Had a reservation for 3 day could only take 2. Will not be booking there again.

  : Very convenient location, fine furniture, glasses, plates. Coffee machine, toaster, full kitchen, big bottles of shampoo and body washer. The condominium is locked by a fence, which is very safe for families with little kids. Our kids were also playing outside. There wasn’t parking, but 2 hours are permitted on the nearest street. An affordable (15$) overnight parking lot is just 7 minutes walk
  : there was not any pan for cooking or frying, only very small for boiling. There wasn’t any grain of salt. No tea or coffee. We used sofa, but mattress was old. Some extra cover protection on it would be nice. We also used extra pillows but there wasn’t pillowcases for them. Some extra sheet or baby mattress protection would be great for small sofa for kids 3-6 y.o. Some extra towels. We had only 4 for 7 people. Doors in bathroom and bedroom are not closing at all

  : The location is pretty good if you don't want to rent a car. It is close to Metro and a large grocery store. However, it is located in a poor neighborhood. The beds were OK, nice mattresses. There are 2 TV sets if you still have time to watch.
  : The apartment building is old. It feels old, it smells old. The smell there is terrible. They ask not to smoke or party in the apartments, but it smells like everyone has been smoking and partying there for tens of years. We bought an air freshener but it didn't help. The restroom is tiny, the bathtub faucet falls off, the curtain is old and needs replacement. The towels are of questionable cleanliness. The kitchen is small, knives are cheap and not sharp. Not even a frying pan. The fridge handle was loose, I had to screw it in myself :) The furniture is old, the couches in the living room are probably from a donation store.

  : The apartment was fine and the location was great. It was spacious, wifi was good and it was clean. There was a lot of closet space and the kitchen was spacious.
  : I had an issue and management was not responsive. For the first 2 days of my stay the shower did not work, I would pull the pin on the bottom faucet and either water wouldn't come out of the shower head or water would come out for 30 seconds or so and turn off again. I tried calling their 24/7 customer service and the number was disconnected. I then proceeded to contact the person who was the "greeter" and he gave me another phone number which never picked up. He also said he would contact management. By the 3rd day nobody had shown up or contacted me at all, and I was basically bathing myself sitting on the tub and filling up a container with water to throw it on myself - which is outrageous for the weekly fee they're charging. I contacted booking.com as well as called the greeter once again and he felt so bad he came over and between the 2 of us tried to find a way to fix it, and he found a temporary solution with the shower head. It would still turn off and I would have to turn it off and back on and then turn a dial on the shower head several times during one shower. Booking.com said management was addressing my issue but for the whole week nobody ever showed up or contacted me about it. None of the numbers ever answered. I own several properties and I have never left my tenants hanging like this with no communication. Absolutely terrible management.

  : The person arranged to let us in didn’t show up for two hours left us standing outside in the cold. The sink was blocked on arrival. The sofa bed is unusable. The WiFi didn’t work for the first two days.
