  : I was so happy to find a place by the water and a cheap price and last minute so I was so excited to finally get there and enjoy the stay. Until I woke up in the middle of the night because I was itchy for some reason. When I got up and turned the lights on and looked at where it became itchy that I saw the big pumps all.obee my body (see pictures attached) and realized I got bit by bed bugs, all I wanted was to relax and rest after a hard day of work, having to wake early to go back to work just not have a good night of sleep I paid for. I was super exhausted, annoyed with the situation and when I brought it to the staff in the lobby she didn't want to talk about it and rushed me off the phone. So when I walked downstairs to check out I asked her for the info to complain she was trying to shush me because other people were there but she didn't want to talk to me like I did something wrong totally rude. The water in the tub was always on, all night water going. Long hair everywhere in the mattress, and the bedding.. THE MATTRESS IS DISGUSTING I CANT BELIEVE THEY ACTUALLY HAVE PEOPLE COME, PAY THEIR MONEY RO SLEEP ON THEM NASTY, PEED ON.. JUST UNBELIEVABLE. UNDER THE BOX SPRING IT WAS FOOD CRUMBS EVERYWHERE LIKE NOBODY CLEAN IT FOR DAYS. JUST HORRIBLE.

  : Well...we arrived and there were no towels in the room. We were told there were no full sized towels available and were given a stack of hand towels for 4 of us to use to shower. The room was not cleaned/straightened over night. Apparently they do not offer that service. But they also did not give us new towels so we called for replacements and were again told that there were none. The front desk staff was rude and unapologetic. Also there red stains on the door. Which appeared to be blood. 10/10 would not recommend

  : Room look clean when I came in the first night, bed comfortable
  : My room wasnt clean after my first night, no fresh towels, ice machine broken, no elevator. Person at the front desk told me guess has to ask for their room to be clean, never heard a hotel like that, everywhere I stayed at they clean rooms no matter what everyday he told me basically they dont trust house keeping people there

  : The location was great! It was about 20 minutes to Salem at an affordable price, which was our main reason for picking it. Close to the highway and staff was there late to help us check in. The beds were comfortable as well.
  : It definitely could have used some updating. The door handle didn't work at first so we needed some help getting in which was a bit annoying after a long car ride. The paint was chipping off the walls, the bathroom shower head was very low (especially for my tall husband) and just generally everything seemed outdated.
