  : There was not much to like. I guess the pool was a decent size, but I didn't get to use it because I had to check out early.
  : When we first opened the door we were met with a very hot room. The AC was turned off. We turned it on but it was extremely loud, and it couldn't cool down the room at all. The temperature in the room remained in the upper 80s. It was extremely uncomfortable and we couldn't sleep at all due to heat.The room was very dingy and outdated. The bathroom was also very old and dilapidated. The water pressure in the showerhead was very weak. The TV had no remote, and when I turned it on manually, most of the channels were scrambeled and unwatchable.I went to the reception and told them about the issues, and asked to get a new room on the ground floor, hoping that it would be a little cooler. The lady told me that they did not have any rooms available. Then, I told her that we would like to check out, and I asked for a refund for the second day (since we booked for two nights). She replied that she couldn't rfund us because we booked through a third party (Booking.com). So, we checked out less than 2 hours after checking in).Horrible experience! I understand that this is not a 4 o5 star hotel, but they don't even offer 1 star standard.

  : Construction on property and next door to room.Our room carpet torn, furniture old and damaged, wall half painted and roach in shower.

  : The staff was very nice and accommodating. The grounds of the property were very well manicured and nice. We over looked the very large clean pool, but did not get a chance to enjoy.
  : The rooms are being renovated and upgraded with individual AC units. The website when booking the room did not mention this detail. Would of been nice to know, it is not a deal breaker, rooms were clean and accommodating with all the amenities the website stated.

  : We were given a room full of dirt and an unflushed toilet. The new room had dirty carpets, an old sink and shower, and a loud AC. The garden looks nice, but the rooms on the first floor felt unsafe.

  : No breakfast of any kind, manager was rude, receptionist was talking with all her family on her mobile and not answering incoming calls while I was waiting in the lobby for 1.5 hours to meet someone, lots of renovation with screws and debris scattered in parking spaces near my room, first booked room the door would not open because electronic lock was broken so they got me another room, while waiting over 30min for the new key because the internet connection on the reception computer kept going off, two other customer were waiting and getting frustrated as well
