: I liked that the property is water front. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Lots of extras too with beach towels, snorkel eqiupment and even hammocks.
: Noise. The place comes with ear plugs for a reason. Friday night was very loud for most of the night. If you are young, then I feel like it is a perfect place. Also, we had some water/sewage problems that weren't exactly the fault of the place.

: Room was clean and location as advertised.
: The location was extremely loud. Don’t stay here unless you plan to stay up with all of the others and the constant party on the street. It didn’t get quiet until about 2-3am especially on the weekend. Also a big fight broke out between two women. I wish I could have gotten it on video, it would have been great on Ridiculousness.

: The room is clean and with everything you need and more: beach towels, chairs, cooler, umbrella, cups, dishes, utensils, board games... and the balcony is lovely. Parking is convenient behind Duffy's (a bit hidden, easy to miss). The location is very good, walking distance to many restaurants, and to the bioluminiscent bay tours (which are a total must).
: The street is noisy (people are noisy with their cars), but Alyssa provided us with earplugs. Also, the room is pretty good at keeping the noise down, we could not hear a thing from the guests at Duffy's, right downstairs, but there's nothing you can do with noisy cars with loud music.

: Didn’t expect to find beach chairs, towels, cooler, masked, earplugs available at the room. Was a nice touch and we really used the beach stuff. Very handy and made it for a very enjoyable stay. With so many excellent, not crowded at all beaches around us this was our favorite thing to do. Sun Bay beach is so close made it easy and wonderful!
: Balcony was spacious and nicely furnished but the smell of deep fryer oil in the evening and cleaner In the morning was overwhelming to enjoy it. But who wants to spend the time on the balcony, when you have a whole ocean to play anyway!

: A charming property with sea views located in one of the best tropical resort towns I've been to. Alysa is an exceptional host, she made us feel welcome and went above and beyond in making sure we have everything we need.
: We visited during a general lockdown order. With the tough period of time during which we visited, I know things could be different, but I am sure that the host made utmost efforts to provide us with a memorable vacation stay despite the limitations.
