  : The lobby was the nicest part of this hotel. Staff was nice, we were able to change from the first room we were put in.
  : First room we were in smelled and was still dirty from previous guest. Trash in waste baskets. Also bed had broken springs. We cancelled second scheduled night there. Gross is the way to describe this hotel.

  : The hotel was comfortable and the restaurant served breakfasts and dinners and the food was fresh and tasty. Dinners can also be prepared to take to your room. They sell snacks, a couple of fresh foods (sandwiches, salads, yogurt, a couple of frozen meals and ice cream sandwiches), and soft drinks in the lobby. There is a fridge (unstocked) microwave, and Keurig single serve coffee maker in the room which i found convenient. They have a small laundry room where you can wash clothes. The entire staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
  : I had a large, comfortably appointed room but the hotel does appear to be a bit dated. If nothing else, I would replace the carpeting. It would be nice to have a stocked refrigerator in the room like major hotels do, but this wasn't a breaking point for me. Overall, the place is clean, comfortable, and the staff very accommodating and efficient.

  : The staff is lovely. The front desk was friendly and helpful in answering any question. Upon being unable to locate a luggage cart, we were offered the option of staff assisting taking our bags to our room. This was above & beyond expectations. Also, the maintenance man who tried to fix the toilet leak was very pleasant and nice. The room has a microwave & mini fridge which is really helpful for all the snacks and drinks that accompany a road trip.
  : The hallway to our room wreaked of bleach and it was not in proximity to either the jacuzzi nor the pool. The bathtub faucet leaked, but worse the toilet tank leaked every time it was flashed. I brought the toilet leak to the attention of the staff immediately & the maintenance man came and "fixed" it for it to leak again the next flush. (He was nice though & it was late so we just threw a towel down & let it be). This was a one night stay & it did the trick for what we needed. However, we were coming from a comparably priced hotel 85 miles away which was significantly nicer & much better kept - that was part of the choice hotels brand. I am sad to say Hilton fell very short in comparison. This location has very nice staff but the facility needs a lot of work.
