  : It was easy to identify that the manager was the reason why the place ran smoothly and the staff were so fabulously warm and helpful. No job was too lowly for the general manager to undertake, from wiping tables to transporting guests to their tents, wherever there was a gap in service to be filled they were prepared to lend a hand. The staff clearly admired and respected the manager. Leadership at it’s best.
  : It was very difficult to start a fire with the logs provided, they still retained some moisture.

  : it was exactly as advertised. reception area was lovely with live music at night and dinner and breakfast available.
  : i had not anticipated how loud the tents would be with the wind! nothing they could do about it, but they were very loud. property was quite remote from everything else.

  : We loved the breakfast. The atmosphere of the place was wonderful. Staff were great and their interactions with each other reflected a great place to work which is important as a guest. My kids ages 13 and 10 volunteered how friendly the staff were and how much they loved the night sky.
  : I got a little disoriented int he dark finding my way back to our tent, but I also really love the dark-to enable stargazing, so apart from more signage to locate tents perhaps closer to the main tent, I really can't think of anything.

  : All the plastic they used. It should be like eco place, but all the plastic tablewere really was all opposite. Thought that I paid more that I got. Food wasn’t good too.

  : very severe security incident : Firestove filter clogged , woke up in extremis in the middle of the night , tent full of dense smoke , it could have been very bad accident. Of course freezing after tent ventilation , got back to sleep at 2am in a freezing , not trusting the firestove anymore etc .. incredible the filters are not checked before or designed so they can’t clog or an alarm exist in the tent etc . for that level of fare security should be zero default
