  : The location by the river is pretty and quiet except for I 70. The facilities: pool, locker room, steam shower and sauna are nice.
  : We came for our wedding anniversary after getting married here. I told them that at the front desk. Check out was at 10 AM and they couldn't provide a late check out which is ridiculous. When we arrived late the first evening, it took us a half an hour to get into the unit because the lighting is terrible to walk or find, and the unit door wouldn't open. We had to wait for staff to come open the jammed door. When I spoke to the front desk after telling them we would be arriving late, I asked what else I needed to know, they could've told us that it was on the river side second floor, which is been really helpful instead of us wandering around with the unlit building. The unit mattress was terribly old and soft and sunken in the middle. Then the unit above us had a kid tap dancing which woke us up at 7 AM. I called the front desk and I literally saw the child tap dancing out of the building and talking about what a good tap dancer he was. The biggest problem is the front desk staff didn’t seem to care about any of these concerns that I mentioned. They did nothing to try to be understanding or make it right.
