: Comfortable and roomy. Lots of towels! Air purifiers in all the bedrooms. Felt very clean.Extra beach towels.
: No instructions for use of TV etc.No instruction for check out. Beach amenities could be better-ie umbrellas and chairs.

: This is a great location and the home is very nice but it was nasty.
: Upon arrival the place was nasty. Stains on the furniture, half the blinds are broke and will not open then we went into the bathrooms and there was still hair on the tub walls. The stove had dried on substance on it. The second night we found a roach. The was no sheets available anywhere to be found for the pull out bed . Several light bulbs thru out the house was out . The dryer took 3 -90 minute cycles to dry small load of towels seeing there where not enough towels or wash clothes for the 8 people staying there. We found a vape pen , actually my 8 yr old grand kid did. We threw it away . As we we headed out to beach a lady from the vacation rental company stopped by I explained and showed her the finding and she took the vape pen out of the trash ...ewwwww. The 3rd day a few of people stayed at the rental while we took the little one to beach and upon returning a lady was walking up the steps and stated she was the neighbor and was told to see if we were gone to go into the home and retrieve an item which to me is very unacceptable being as my son is in law enforcement and would have considered that breaking and entering and she could have been shot. Again the home is a nice roomy house with lots of steps but there are many things that need to be (fixed)

: How close the beach was to the house.
: It took my 20 minutes and a phone call to Vacasa to get the key to the house. The code provides did not work. The floors were covered in sand. There were not enough blankets or pillows for the 8 people I reserved the house for. There was a pair of mens underwear under one of the couch cushions.
