  : Staff were polite courteous above and beyond lobby and entrance was clean the property itself is a beautiful property one of very few that stand out in the Tucson area because of the courtyards and the feel.
  : Stayed here years ago, and again recently. Two completely different experiences. This time around as before staff was outstanding quick check-in polite courteous off to a great start. The room itself for the price of just at $100 not remotely a value or worth it. Small room dated TV dirty microwave was horrendously dirty with rust dried food bugs all over the place in the room in the sheets in the bedding not bed bugs just bugs walls dirty floor was sticky. Frankly I'm a little surprised I stay at Choice Hotels regularly totaling over 100 stays at choice hotels in the past 5 years this was one of my worst experiences.

  : The front desk was very pleasant and nice, the room was good, but nothing spectacular. Everything was clean and I did not have any problems during my stay. Ended up having breakfast with friends so I did not get to use the breakfast.
  : The bed could be a bit softer, but overall it was not too bad.

  : Breakfast was ok for the inclusion with the reasonble price of room. Not the healthiest, but I got along. Bad syrup for waffles with corn syrup!
