  : Very beautiful and very relaxing. I really liked the open concept of the kitchen and living room. Also a great bonus was the deck overlooking the pound.
  : There was trash in the woods that had been scattered by a bear, and I know bear tracks and bite marks when I see them. I cleaned the trash up which was there when we arrived, that should have been cleaned before we got there. It's too bad we didn't get to see the bear.

  : I liked the secluded location in the mountains. The house was spacious with 4 beds in 3 rooms.
  : The facility had some key things missing. There were no dish washing sponges, thought the dish soap was provided. The in room Jacuzzi was not working as it was not advertised for on the website, though it appears in the pictures. The dryer and the dishwasher machines were also out of order. Mobile service signal was very hard to get, so there is no internet.

  : The night we arrived the hot tub was off. Unable to sit in tub after an 8 hour drive. Dead roaches on counter by sink and kitchen floor.Wifi not good. Last day there water went out at 1 pm, two different people came to fix problem. No luck, we left at 6:30 ,came back at 8:30 and water still out. Packed our bags and left headed home.

  : The house was beautiful and the view was so peaceful. We saw bears everyday! Very clean.
  : Beds were very hard is all we didn't sleep very well. Also wish the would have had wifi.

  : I wouldve liked some cleaning supplies (Covid-19 and all) and the hot tub was dirty this time. REALLY dirty. Maybe the bears took a swim?? Holy cow the bees were bigger too, didnt like that!

  : Beautiful view.
  : Roads were not cleared after a big snow. We had to partially clear the roads ourselves to get out. The cabin was also very drafty and cold in the main living room and upstairs.

  : Great location for National Park. Quiet and private. Excellent for viewing bears!!!Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Spacious for multiple couples and adults. Great to have three toilets and two showers. Patio area was a plus for enjoying outdoors when wether permitted.
  : Never was able to get a response about issues during stay. # to call is in Portland, Or. and they pass report to local team who never made contact with me. Driveway is manageable but needs attention. Upstairs air-conditioning never cooled down rooms with high outdoor temperatures. Thermostat was locked in and no adjusting possible . Downstairs was 10 degrees cooler. Master shower leaked water maintaining the rug wet. No Internet service but they do have basic Dish. Internet should be provided. Cell service is not strong and calls were iffy as well as text messaging. Internet would make the price more accommodating. Patio space was great but tables were very dirty and some furniture should be removed. There were lots of wasp nest therefore prohibiting outdoor enjoyment. Maintenance to this area would be beneficial so as to have full use of all the premises. Hot tub is very large to accommodate but jets don't work properly. Seems old and worn out. If you just want to sit in a hot bath with a load of people it was great.

  : We loved the view and the cabin was well stocked.
  : The hot tub was dirty and the toilet in the master bath had dried blood on the seat. We would have liked to have had Wi-Fi. The driveway was horrible. I hope it didnt do any damage to the underside of my mini van getting out of the driveway.

  : It was located in a very peaceful area. The driveway is straight up and all gravel. Certain cars may not be able to get up that driveway. We did not have an issue.
  : Ants everywhere - we had to leave and buy spray to get up the steps. There was a dead rat hanging off the beam. Some kind of animal poop everywhere beside the front door. Chiggers or bed bugs in the bed where the game board was located. No batteries in the remotes, No wifi or internet. We tried to speak with Vasaca and feel that we have been ignored. There was some kind of animal in the attic running around. We attempted to tell Vasaca so they could warn the owners before damage occurs. Crickets from Vacasa. Hair and a tube of mascara were on the bathroom floor - obviously had not been cleaned between visitors. The dishwasher was full of dishes upon arrival yet we were told we had to load the dishwasher before leaving. No flat sheets on the beds.
