: The privacy and the full kitchen. The view was spectacular. It was quiet and well placed. Very clean, lots of linens, cookware and serving ware. The plumbing, gas and stove exceeded expectation. Bed is very firm (which I LOVED, but my partner did not) so keep that in mind if not your thing. Very homey and quaint, very close to Lincoln, NH, White Mountain Trails and attactions.
: The wifi barely worked, which was fine it forced us to really be unplugged as we barely had service with our cell carrier, but not great if you have a remote job/need internet for whatever.The AC was confusing it was pictures and not words so it was a guessing game. The Hot tub was not working and that wasn't warned ahead of time. It was a big draw to booking. The shower stall was small, but functional and the hot water doesn't last long. So don't wash dishes and expect a long warm/hot shower. If planning to use the grill, bring grilling utensils and make sure the people before you turned off the gas. Couch is not guest friendly, but plenty of seating throughout the cabin.

: I was very pleased to find the cabin clean, and with ample supplies for cooking and cleaning. There were more than enough linens, blankets, towels etc. The firewood and grill supplies were a nice touch too, and great to have a little campfire outside with a beautiful view.
: Better kitchen knives would have been helpful, but that's a minor gripe!

: The cabin was not plowed when we arrived. Our first night it snowed an additional 12 inches. The cabin was not plowed following the storm. Fortunately my vehicle is all wheel drive, but with the conditions of the property it was a challenge to come and go during our vacation. The 10 digit door code was a bit much. This was the first time I needed to be sure I had my cell phone on me every time I left the the room, maybe it's me but memorizing 10 numbers isn't high on my list of things to do.

: it was not adequate for guests so we didn’t even get to stay
: the property was vacant upon arrival. couldn’t even get on the property due to the driveway not being maintained or plowed.
