  : NOTHING THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A HOTEL. THEY CHARGED MY CARD FOR THE ROOM WHEN I GOT THERE. Said that they never got the payment from Booking.com and I’m still fighting with them for the refund they took from the night of 22nd which was already paid through y’all. We get there at 3 for check in and they tell us no rooms are available so we leave and go back at 4:30 still NO rooms available. Leave again and come back at 6 because my son HAD to get dressed for the basketball game in an hour so we are given a room where the a/c doesn’t work, dirty sheets, toenails all over the floor, room keys on the floor, dirty towels and hair in the bathroom have to go back down the stairs and get let them know. I HAVE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING! Was given another room WITH 1 bed which was way cheaper than what I had paid for. Mind you I have still been charged for the another room where. I’m still just trying to get into a clean one. So we go to the game and as I had put before we are now in a room with 1 bed and as also on the reservation through booking it had 3 adults. Soooo at the end of all this my son has to sleep on a pull out where the springs are broken so he ends up on the floor and I am still fighting to get my refund for the night the hotel decided to charge my card but told me it was for incidentals and charged me for a whole room that had already been booked and paid through BOOKING.com, so now they are saying they never got the payment from Booking.com. I have spoke to Managers they ARE HORRIBLE, unprofessional, condescending, and rude and I’m STILL OUT $256 for a room that was supposed to be $126 and 2 queen beds. I beyond flustered and WILL NEVER STAY AT A COURTYARD Marriott for as long as I live and I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star ! STAY AWAY WHATEVER YOU DO .
  : Broken bed, Dirty crusty sheets, dirty towels, a room with toenails all over the floor, hair all over the bathroom floors, horrible staff and even worse manager

  : The pool was nice even for the kids. Had good restaurants near by.
  : No microwave in the room & didn’t want to go all the way to the lobby at 1 in the morning to use the microwave they have there.
