  : I love that it was close to a lot of different events. when we got there we got a lovely surprise of tickets to a wine tasting which we thoroughly enjoyed. it was very spacious TVs in every room. I also love the ease of booking and then getting the place and checking out. customer service was off the charts at Booking
  : No one was available when I had questions I always had to call the 800 number and they're not even on site. You actually lost 2 days checking in at 4 is ridiculous and checking out at 10 in the morning is also ridiculous you should at least be able to check in by 1 to enjoy at least one day of arriving and packing I'm deciding what you need and check-out should be at least 11 or 12. I actually felt like I lost a day with the late check in and early check out :(
