  : That we found a room and a place to stay
  : First it Easter weekend but we came because of a death in our family We had a hotel threw Booking.com but that hotel over book So we were happy find a place except we had to pay for a day and a week to stay there The room wasn't the only problem . It was the staff first night the housekeeper told me we have to pay for services and shampoo and etc. they took our towel and never brought clean one This happen every night we even gave them the towels and they said they bring them at 2 they never came back ,we are taking care of family at this time so we are return to this place at night i call the front desk and there difference people working some nice and a rude one we get a towel or two ,then they changing the bedding we came back twice to the hotel and know bedding. When my my son removed his sheet and even the mattress coved in pee stain, He slept on the floor after this also they came took pillow but never return any blanket or pillow The housekeeper during the week seem nice but I don't think they understood us because after we complain they still only brought us sheet no bleached out blanket or towel or washcloths etc This place smell like pee and pots . and people just peed by the step. We stayed here because it all we could get and we needed a place to stay , I don't blame the staff They need to be trained and have people who speak English and Spanish I think they need to run this places a lot difference clean it up do some training and they do better but until that ..

  : The location was good to the casino and restaurants
  : The pool was out our intire stay we were told it was open the internet don't work half a-- the said they were rebut the ratior and didn't. Had a barking dog for over 5 hrs till cops were called. I told manager I needed a credit for the inconveniences of the pool .they said they would give me a 25 percent but it would come thur booking .com I won't stay there again.and say renter beware it is pet friendly and people have no concerns for others.
