Very Good

: Perfect location, about 1/4 mile from Suttons Bay.Park next door was nice.Cozy and clean.
: A broken blind, holes in screen door, older looking futon.

Disappointing

: No breakfast was included, but our first cottage didnt have heat or hot water. The host did call us back after we contacted evolve. Evolve was helpful in helping us get a response to the no heat/no hot water issue. The cottages are quaint, with a log cabin effect, they are somewhat updated, but quite dark inside. The host moved us to another cottage that had heat and hot water. She also stated we would get a refund due to the problems we encountered, but we have not received anything as of yet.
: The second cottage we were in was nicer because of the heat and hot water, but it had been smoked in at some point and you could definitely smell the stale air. We appreciated the hot water, we didnt plan to do much cooking while we were there, but if we had I wouldve felt the need to wash all the dishes, prior to using them, just for safety sake in the covid world we are now in. We wiped down all surfaces, door handles, switches, remotes, etc. Also, better tv use instructions would be helpful for future reference
