  : The place is run down./outdated. For the few days I stayed the shower faucet couldn't be turned off. If you turned the dial right or left the water still ran. I told the lady at the front desk she suggested I line up the handle to the middle, which of course I had already done. It was a known issue and they didn't seem concerned so I wasn't either. The couch cushions sounded like they were wrapped in plastic when you sat on them.

  : There was renovations everywhere so be prepared to be woken up by loud noises at 6am. Also the water turns off for almost 4 hours everyday.

  : I don't like doing these types of things but we have to or they keep doing it. And America's going to ish because of No one really caring and the standard of things being dropped. Imagine this. I first made the reservation for a suite. Paid for a suite then got told there were no more rooms available when we got there. Then the gitl said hold on i can put u in a room. Just not a suit its occupied. The room we got looked used. It was a 2 queen bed extremly dirty smelled like mold. I broke out in a rash my feet turned black from the carpet after my shower. I asked to change rooms because the air condition didn't even work it was just blowing swamp air. We were told by the front desk that we would get a refund. I was told by booking .Com that they were waiting to hear from them. The girl up front said that booking needed to do the refund. I was sonyired I just wanted to sleep and at least looked forward to breakfast. To make things worse. There was no hot breakfast! It was a county jail brown bag complete waste of money and worst night ever. They need to take off the breakfast included. Because that's false advertisement they need to not accept payment on rooms they don't have they need to clean thier carpets. Hold to thier word . My boyfriend was given a 20$ return. The difference of the 2 bedroom to the suite. I could of stayed at motel 6 for less and avoided the filth. Almost 150 dollars paid didn't mind paying more for for what I did not recieve. I feel the whole refund should be given or a voucher to stay in a room of thiers that is clean if they are all like that then nooooo way. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I will. They can change my mind and make up for it. Or I'll let warn everyone cuz we should let it be known. Exspecially because the front desk girl said she would we got in late and just wanted comfort it was horrible!
