: The check in process was easy (I did download the Vascasa app. You are provided a code the day you arrive to access the property. The property was well stocked the only thing it was missing was salt and pepper. There was a lot of room and it is so close to everything the Village, the Sharc, the Lodge so you didn't need to drive anywhere. There are bike paths are right outside. The guest passes for the Sharc were there ready for us.
: The place was perfect for us, but we are only a family of 4. When going to sleep if the person/people upstairs goes to bed later than you- you will hear them walking. .

: a/c was broken and never got fixed when we were there. The road and parking area got a complete razing and asphalt redo that week too

: two separate bedrooms with bathrooms, and a nice living kitchen area in the condo. It was central to the village.
: The floorboards in the upstairs bedroom or so bad that its almost impossible to sleep in the downstairs master bedroom

: Spacious house, kids loved it! Laundry was a nice plus. Nice full kitchen with everything in it. Great maintenance response. Inside was visibly clean. The SHARK pass was great allowing unlimited use of the pool area. Lots of trails for walking and biking.
: The hard floors were swept/vaccumed but did not appear to be washed; socks got dirty fast, and we do not wear shoes inside. The outside top patio was not cleaned at all, had lots of debris and dust. Sauna was not very hot. The tennis courts are actually pickle ball, not tennis on the surrounding nearby property, a couple of tennis courts but further away. And pickle ball was not included with the pass, even though it is listed right on the pass because we did not order through the resort directly but through booking.com.
