: AVOID at ALL COSTS!First, there are hidden costs that do NOT show when you make reservation on booking.com. I booked there ONLY because it was $180 per night with tax. I had booked for one night. Then the host quietly added a $100 cleaning fee and a $40 resort fee. That is an extra $140 for one night plus tax. This is crazy. However, the host did agree to remove the cleaning fee finally.Second, while I was in the hotel the host and their people ENTERED the unit. The host can be sued for this. When a unit is rented out, the OWNER or anyone else cannot enter it anytime.Third, the host appeared to be spying on us. The host/owner texted me - "Your car is not in the apt. parking spot". How amazing is that!!!! As a renter of the unit, I do not need to be at the unit with my car parked in the parking slot at all times!!!!!!!Fourth, I would have cancelled this stay at the apt. if the host had not agreed to a late checkout as i needed that. I had booked two places and including this property's owner agreed to a late checkout. I happen to have chosen this apartment and cancelled the other. Even on the day of renting, the host was reminded of the late checkout at 4pm. The host also suddenly demanded cash payments on the check-in which i did via Vimeo. Then in the morning around 11am f the checkout day, the host texts us to get out by 12noon but finally agreed to 2pm.No one needs to put up with this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!
: The owner. Cannot keep her word. Does not appreciate that neither she or anyone she hires can enter the unit when rented out. Does not appreciate that she cannot spy on her renters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
