  : Loved the big room. It was really nice and clean. They bed was so nice and soft and there were a great number of pillows. Just wish I could've stayed longer to really enjoy it. If I'm ever back in Stephenville, I will be sure to stay here again and hopefully get the suite again.
  : While not entirely their fault, the elevator was broken, and we had to walk up the stairs. The stairs room and the hallways had no air conditioning and were a bit uncomfortable. Also was provided shampoo but no conditioner, which I could've asked for but still inconvenient. Also was unimpressed with breakfast. There weren't many options available. Mostly just bread items. Would've like some eggs, sausage, or bacon; just some kinda protein, but maybe I just missed it. However, it was only 7am, and breakfast ended at 9 am. Customer service could use a little work. The woman who helped was great, but the other guy didn't seem to care that we were there and just kept staring at us like we didn't belong there. Maybe he was just preoccupied with trying to get the elevators fixed and keeping other guests' content, but he could've been more friendly, especially in a customer service position. Overall, though, it was a great place to stay and would book again.
