: Host was great and communication was exceptional. Perm residents were delightful and helpful. Parking was easily accessible to the entire property.
: Kitchens were small, especially for the number of people accommodated by the number of beds. But this was only minor inconvenience.

: Facility was beautiful, condo was wonderful except being too hot.
: No air-conditioning and rooms were 85 to 89 much of each day. We bought 3 fans and was still in high 80' in afternoon and evenings.

: Great location next to the slopes with spacious living area and kitchen which was perfect for our group. We had 8 adults and felt there was plenty of room for everyone.
: Everyone really enjoyed the rooms and found them very comfortable except the bunk bed. Probably should be reserved for kids because it wasnt super comfortable but other than that everything was great!

: I thought I was booking directly at Kutuk. but then discovered it was through Bookings.com, and they were subbing it through VACASA. First they cancelled my reservation and offered a poorer quality unit in the same complex. Then without notifying me they cancelled me in the reassigned unit. Had I not called the Booking.com number my whole vacation would have been a ruin! Will never schedule a trip at Kutuk, Booking.com, or VACASA!
